- BBDO, San Francisco: Sole information architect working on the redesign of www.barefootwine.com. Worked on the website, Facebook wall, and mobile website (ecosystem). Created persona and scenarios, conducted user interviews, created detailed sitemaps. Created wireframes and user flows for the entire ecosystem.

Hired as a salaried employee, after working on a contract basis in 2005. Senior Information Architect for Saltmine, worked on consumer-facing websites for Intel and Microsoft. Lead architect on projects to customize Microsoft SharePoint portals for clients. Created wireframes in Visio and wrote requirements and functional specifications.
Four-month assignment at Premera. Lead Web UX consultant for the member portal for www.premera.com. Worked with key staff on implementing Consumer Directed Health Plan (CDHP) on the site. Created wireframes and wrote detailed functional specifications.

Hired on a contract-to-permanent basis. Developed storyboards, mockups, and prototypes for Getty Images. Designed the site's navigation, Search section mockups, and data flow. Addressed matters of consistency, usability, and user interaction. Worked with product and brand managers throughout the architecture phase. Developed and conducted usability tests.
