Evaluate
The final phase of the website project is the Evaluation phase. Here are tasks that occur during this phase. Deliverables during this phase appear on the right.
- Review the site before its launch, and conduct a post-launch review of the site.
- Conduct usability tests pre-launch and post-launch.
- Analyze server logs to identify "actual" user paths on site.
- Develop list of updates to the site, for future maintenance release of site.
- Create questionnaire on website to solicit feedback from new and returning visitors.
- Participate in or facilitate a project postmortem meeting.
