Define
After the Analysis phase, the project enters the Definition phase. Here are tasks that occur during this phase. Deliverables during this phase appear on the right.
- Based on research and feedback from key stakeholders, begin to define the audience(s).
- Begin creating use cases (using Word, Visio, Mindmap, or UML).
- Begin creating personas and scenarios.
- Receive project plan from project manager or create one.
- Finalize business requirements document.
- Start functional specifications.
